Nonprofit Highlight: Warfighter Advance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides fully funded programs to help veterans and first responders overcome challenges like PTSD, TBI, anxiety, and reintegration issues as they transition to civilian life. Serving nearly 40,000 veterans in Southern Maryland, the organization empowers service members and their families to build fulfilling, productive lives after their service.
All are invited to attend a fundraiser on Friday, November 14, 2025 that directly supports Warfighter Advance and eligible participants. Bring your friends and join us for a night out in “Denim and Diamonds” and Olde Breton Inn in Leonardtown, MD, where we’ll auction off some amazing items to help support this cause. Join us for an evening celebrating community, camaraderie, and craftsmanship. We’re bringing together two veteran-owned local favorites — a distillery, and a winery — plus a local brewery for complimentary tastings alongside delicious appetizers. Special guest CAPT “Chowda” Hill, Commanding Officer of the USS Enterprise, will be on deck to share in the fun and swap a few sea stories.
